The College and Career Ready Standards (CCRS) Implementation Team attended the second workshop that was facilitated by the Alabama State Department of Education. AMSTI and ARI personnel demonstrated ways on how to build rigorous math and ELA lessons. The team will decide how and who will present the information to the instructional leaders.

I am working on a new publication called the Common Core Express. It is a newsletter designed for ALL employees that will be a HARD copy for them to touch and hold! Technology is great; however, this 'back to the basics' approach may be novel enough for teachers to READ it!
